• Connect with business owners utilizing the SalesForce platform
• Consult with business owners and HR directors about needed employee benefit programs
• Utilize proven company systems to partner with businesses and their employees
• Provide benefit enrollment services for business organizations
• Achieve weekly, monthly, and yearly production and growth goals
• Communicate and plan weekly activity in partnership with the leadership team
• Follow established activity model for success
• Represent the company professionally in all interactions
• Maintain good organization and communication skills
• Travel locally to meet with clients as required
