Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic recent grad interested in joining our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be interested in learning about all operations of the business including quality, production and sales. The ideal candidate is interested in growing into a leadership role within the company. This is a full-time position, and the hire will work out of the company's 6,000 sq ft facility in Palm Coast, Fl. A private office within the facility will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote HW Ventilation's products and solutions.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, including contractors, distributors, engineers, and facility managers.
- Conduct site visits and technical assessments to recommend optimal ventilation solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to customer requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and product development, to ensure customer needs are met.
- Provide ongoing support and training to customers to enhance product knowledge and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
- Up to 3 years of experience in a customer interactive role, preferably within the HVAC, ventilation, or combustion engine cooling industry.
- Candidate should have knowledge of airflow dynamics.
- Strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
