Department: PVH FMC Freestanding

FTE: Part Time, 0.5, 40.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: $19.10 - $24.83 / hour (based on relevant experience)

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Completion of an accredited phlebotomy program.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, with card valid for at least 60 days after hire.
