As a part of the Rapid Asset Deployment (RAD) organization, you will play a crucial role in enhancing responsiveness to our customers through our expanding global initiatives.

The OpsTech Solutions team is responsible for managing all IT infrastructure and end-user equipment across Amazon fulfillment centers worldwide. We provide comprehensive solutions including:

• Lifecycle management
• Change control
• Demand planning
• Material management
• RMA and liquidation

Your role will directly contribute to the physical fulfillment of customer orders and facilitate new site launches globally, enabling us to ship to millions of Amazon customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement automation solutions to optimize operations and enhance productivity.
• Write clean, well-documented code in languages such as C#, Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
• Understand software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Possess basic skills in both backend and frontend development, including server-side languages and frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks).
• Learn AWS services and cloud architecture principles.
• Apply project management best practices effectively.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and templates.
• Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in software development, automation, and project management.
