Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize Health and Safety by adhering to policies and procedures.
• Engage in strenuous physical labor, including lifting and pulling heavy objects.
• Operate light and heavy equipment and utilize various hand and powered industrial tools.
• Wear and effectively use required personal protective equipment (PPE) in diverse combinations.
• Work in varied outdoor and indoor temperatures and weather conditions.
• Handle situations with potential exposure to hazardous materials safely.
• Work in elevated noise levels and confined spaces while adhering to safety protocols.
• Conduct field sampling activities and calibrate measurement equipment.
• Safely load and unload hazardous and non-hazardous waste and inspect containers for compliance.
• Attend compliance and safety meetings and respond to emergency situations as needed.
• Follow all local, state, and federal regulations for both environmental health and safety.
• Be on call for emergency response on a rotating basis.

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation is essential.
• Ability to perform all physical job requirements.
• A commitment to being on call for emergency response is required, which may occasionally include working weekends and holidays.
• Must pass background checks, drug tests, and physical assessments.
• Meet facial hair standards for respiratory protection as per OSHA regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's license.
• Previous experience in a relevant labor position.
