We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in event management and hospitality. As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events. From corporate meetings to large-scale conferences, you will be involved in every aspect of event organization, providing valuable support to our Event Manager and team. Pay: $19.50 - $31.00 per hour Job: Full time Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of events from start to finish.
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual needs.
  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Manage event registration processes and attendee communications.
  • Set up and break down event spaces, ensuring all materials are organized.
  • Provide on-site support during events, assisting with setup and guest needs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, or related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
