In this role, you will support various aspects of event planning, execution, and follow-up, ensuring that every detail aligns with our clients' expectations and our company standards. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events from start to finish.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth event execution.
• Help with venue selection and logistics management, including transportation and setup.
• Prepare event materials such as invitations, programs, and signage.
• Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting for events.
• Conduct market research to identify potential venues and vendors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
