Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Entry Level Customer Success Manager located in Fort Worth, TX. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by building and maintaining strong relationships. Day-to-day tasks include addressing client concerns, providing excellent customer service, analyzing customer needs, Serve as the first point of contact for new and existing customers, Work daily to hit sales-related goals and bonus targets and developing strategies to enhance the customer experience.
