In House Corporate Attorney

Our in-house legal department seeks an attorney with 0-3 years' experience to join our growing team.

Responsibilities include:

• Client contract review
• Assisting in compliance and regulatory issue resolution
• Assisting in drafting transactional documents
• Researching legal issues and drafting memoranda for corporate leadership team

Applicants must be licensed and in good standing in at least one state, with preference given to South Carolina Bar Members.
