Key Responsibilities:

• Implement physician orders and administer medications safely.
• Start IVs and perform necessary treatments, procedures, and special tests, documenting all actions according to company policies and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to accurately assess patients' conditions.
• Continuously assess and evaluate patient needs and their responses to care provided.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment for effective patient care management decisions.
• Deliver primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer over-the-counter and prescription medications as per orders.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
• Guide and support ancillary personnel while upholding professional nursing standards.
