In this role, you will assist with repairs, reconstruction, and restoration projects, gaining hands-on experience in residential and commercial carpentry. - Assist with repairing and rebuilding damaged structures, including framing, drywall, and trim work
- Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision
- Help prepare and clean work areas before and after projects
- Work as part of a team to ensure projects are completed on time and meet SERVPRO® standards
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
- Ability to measure, cut, paint/finish, and install trim
- Strong problem solving and customer service skillset
- Able to use smartphone for work apps
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to perform multiple tasks at construction sites that require extensive physical labor, including lifting, climbing, bending, digging, and operating hand and power tools for 8-10 hours a day.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Maintained a valid driver's license
- Background check
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
