Job Duties and Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Visit customers' homes to assist with problem-solving and introduce them to smart home technology.
• Install and maintain DISH equipment and various smart home products.
• Educate customers on how to utilize their technology while promoting additional services when appropriate.
• Maintain a tidy work environment and uphold a professional demeanor while working independently yet staying connected with the team.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

What You'll Need:

• Valid Driver's License: Required with a clean record.
• Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical Ability:
• Must climb ladders (up to 40 ft).
• Capable of lifting up to 70 lbs.
• Must meet and maintain a weight limit of 335 lbs.
• Customer Focus: Ability to build trust and create a positive experience.
• Problem-Solving: Skills to address various challenges on the spot.
• Determination: Ability to work in tight spaces and under various weather conditions.

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $22.50/Hour
