Department Overview
As a Cable Technician, you'll be pivotal in providing outstanding TV and Smart Home solutions to our customers. Through comprehensive training, you'll be equipped to enhance customer experiences, helping families across the nation enjoy cutting-edge technology in their homes. Your role is crucial in ensuring satisfaction, as evidenced by DISH being a six-time J.D. Power award winner for Customer Satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Your Role:
- Visit customers' homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
- Guide customers in using their tech and suggest additional services when appropriate.
- Maintain a tidy work area and uphold professionalism while working independently yet staying connected with the team.

Requirements
- Valid Driver's License: Clean record is essential.
- Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to travel; flexibility to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
- Physical Capabilities:
- Ability to climb ladders (up to 40 ft).
- Lifting up to 70 lbs.
- Must meet a maximum weight limit of 335 lbs.
- Customer Focus: Build trust and create an outstanding experience.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Tackle various challenges effectively.
- Determination: Able to work in tight spaces and diverse weather conditions.
- Adaptability: Manage changes and unexpected tasks effortlessly.
Compensation: Starting pay is $25.25 per hour.
