Your Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of truck collision repairs, including frame straightening, welding, body work, painting, and more.
• Identify necessary parts for vehicle repairs and document warrantable repairs.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Conduct road tests as needed to ensure quality repairs.
• Work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

Qualifications:

• 6 years of practical experience in the field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; vocational/technical school is preferred.
• Specialized training in truck and trailer repair/refinish is essential.
• Proficient in using tools of the trade, including welding and painting equipment.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Basic computer skills are necessary.
• Commitment to safety guidelines and regulations.
• Must pass background checks and drug screenings as required.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent physical activity including standing, climbing, bending, and lifting.
