Entrance Attendant - Corewell Health : Job Details

Entrance Attendants provide a resource to patients, family members and guests in the hospital and other campus buildings. They handle way-finding questions and personally escort patients/family members via wheel chair to destinations as appropriate. They work to assure spaces are clean, tidy and organized and direct traffic flow and provide assistance at the Hospital Entrances. Entrance Attendants handle symptom and exposure screening of incoming patients, families, vendors, delivery people, employees and physicians as they access buildings. Essential Functions. Present an excellent first impression to all customers by greeting promptly with a warm and friendly reception. Provide Hospital way-finding for patients and visitors. Support patient, family, guest information needs, including appropriate hospital resources to assist in problem resolution. Maintain a clean and tidy first impression.
