What the Enterprise Content team does
To drive a robust upmarket strategy, Zoho has built out a dedicated content team to support mid-market and enterprise customer communication touchpoints across marketing and sales. In this capacity, the Enterprise Content team is involved in a wide range of strategic activities including website positioning, email campaigns, thought leadership, and case studies, all aimed at addressing the key interests and pain points of department heads and c-suite decision-makers.
Why this role matters
Our enterprise site must act as the cornerstone of Zoho's upmarket identity. As such, we need to iterate, refine, and refresh the content on a regular basis. You'll be the hands-on DRI who keeps the site sharp, strategic, and conversion-focused, turning positioning insights into pages that drive pipeline and showcase Zoho's breadth without overwhelming visitors.
What you'll do
A site-wide refresh delivered on schedule, including streamlined navigation, updated messaging, and revamped enterprise branding.
Steady cadence of campaign landing pages and page updates with minimal rework.
Longer average time on page, more engagement (downloads and clicks), higher enterprise lead conversions, lower bounce rates, etc.
Deeper tech/business fluency related to Zoho's enterprise-ready apps and target markets

Pitch in wherever needed, with patience and a team-first mindset.
Give and receive feedback with humility, always aiming to help the team grow.
