You can read more about us in this letter from our founders.About The RoleJob Overview:As Enterprise Systems Director, you will be responsible for the systems that enable the entire supply chain at Pacific Fusion. You will work to build and optimize systems, processes and data to enable the engineers and scientists across the organization as they bring our demonstration system online.ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of our procure to pay tool, CoupaOversee the integrations from Coupa to a future Manufacturing Execution Systems tool including master data, inventory management and KPI reportingCreate weekly reporting to reflect system health and business process performanceWork across the finance, supply chain and manufacturing teams to create efficiencies in business processesImplement modern security practices in all tools in coordination with the Head of IT SecurityDrive the onboarding process for new tools required by members of the engineering and scientific teamsQualificationsExperience with CoupaExperience owning integrations with other supply chain tools such as an MES and an ERPExperience guiding the implementation and improvement of supply chain toolsAn immense desire to wield technology to make help the company scale efficientlyPreferred But Not RequiredExperience in both large and small organizationsExperience working in industries such as: fusion, energy, aerospace, automotive or manufacturingExperience working closely with PhD scientists and R&D technology organizationsBenefitsIndustry-competitive salaryEquity plan6% employer 401k matchingGenerous paid time off (including sick leave, vacation, paid family leave)Medical, Dental, and Vision insuranceActual base salary offered will be determined by: experience, skills, and work location.
