Overview

We are seeking a strategic and visionary Enterprise Services Director to lead our enterprise service delivery, client engagement, and operational excellence initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving customer satisfaction, optimizing service performance, and aligning enterprise services with business goals. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with deep experience in enterprise service management, cross-functional collaboration, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute the enterprise services strategy aligned with corporate objectives

  • Lead transformation initiatives to modernize service delivery and improve scalability

Service Delivery & Operations

  • Oversee end-to-end service delivery across enterprise clients, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met

  • Implement best practices in ITIL, service management, and operational efficiency

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Serve as executive sponsor for key enterprise accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver seamless client experiences

Team Leadership & Development

  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing service teams across multiple geographies

  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement

Technology & Innovation

  • Partner with IT and Product teams to implement tools and platforms that enhance service delivery

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise service delivery, operations, or client services

  • Proven leadership in managing large teams and complex service environments

  • Strong understanding of ITIL, enterprise platforms, and digital transformation

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience in industries such as SaaS, consulting, financial services, or technology is a plus
