Summary: The ERP Team Manager is a key role within the company that will work with business stakeholders and IT to provide effective strategic leadership and planning of United Radio's ERP M3 Cloud conversion and associated technologies. This role will be responsible for leading a team to create and implement M3 Cloud system and ancillary applications. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Coach/Mentor direct reports in areas of improvement and continuous improvement including but not limited to employee relations, training, team building, etc.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
Other Duties/Responsibilities:
- Build trust, respect, rapport and collaborative relationships with divisions, corporate departments.
- Point of contact for customer escalations to create positive interactions.
- Partner with stakeholders to conduct needs assessment meetings to scope requirements, create functional and technical specifications, and propose solutions.
- Develop, document, and maintain operational and configuration procedures.
- Applies prudent judgment, exhibits a positive attitude, and demonstrates creativity in all phases of incumbent duties and responsibilities.
- Learn and comprehend business processes and new technology quickly.
- Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs.
- Lead ERP training initiatives for end-users, ensuring user competency across our operations.
- Analyze requested system changes to ensure intended impact and prioritize implementation.
- Oversee the analysis, development, deployment and maintenance of solutions to business needs relating to ERP and the supporting systems to address current and future needs.
- Coordinate enhancements, upgrades, patches, and testing accordingly
- Promote Core Values.
- Contribute to and comply with United Radio's policies, procedures and quality systems.
Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE College degree (associates or above) in related technical discipline or equivalent practical experience. Minimum of 4 years leading a team. Participated in ERP implementations and upgrades. Previous experience as a Solution or Business Analyst preferrable. Required Skills/Abilities

Total compensation for this role is market competitive. The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated between $95,000 - $115,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location as well as other business and organizational needs.
