Location: Providence, RI (Hybrid/Onsite). Need local or near local candidates.

Work Hours: 35 hrs per week.

• 8-10 years experience as a Senior Project Manager managing complex IT projects.
• Versatile project management skills with the ability to learn quickly and work independently.
• Ability to build effective partnerships with business stakeholders and vendors.
• Leadership, organizational, and planning skills across various projects.
• Experience with project management tools and best practices.
• Experience with application development and software development lifecycle methodologies.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices including incident and problem management.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience with Health and Human Service systems (Medicaid, SNAP, Child Care Assistance, RI Works, TANF) is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or a related field.
• PMP certification is a plus.
