Enterprise Platform Advisor Location: O'Fallon, MO (On-site with some travel required) Make an Impact Where It Matters Most Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose) is seeking an experienced Enterprise Platform Advisor to support a federal client in advancing platform strategy, consolidation, and IT transformation efforts. In this full-time on-site role, you will be instrumental in rationalizing and modernizing technology platforms across enterprise systems while ensuring standardization, compliance, and efficiency. What You'll Do As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, you will: * Lead platform consolidation and contract rationalization initiatives to optimize IT spend * Analyze, develop, and execute platform strategies in support of agency-wide transformation goals * Support standardization of configurations and customizations across enterprise platforms * Facilitate integration of data from multiple systems and enforce data governance procedures * Ensure data quality, compliance, and alignment with agency objectives * Provide strategic expertise across SaaS platforms including ServiceNow, Salesforce, and VMware * Collaborate with stakeholders to align modernization efforts with mission needs * Advise on lifecycle management, cloud adoption, and cybersecurity best practices Schedule & Shift Details * Full-time (40 hours/week) * Primarily on-site at a government facility in O'Fallon, MO * Occasional travel may be required Requirements * U.S. Citizenship required (dual citizens not eligible) * Active Secret Clearance required * Must be located within commuting distance of O'Fallon, MO * Bachelor's degree required * Must work as a W2 employee of Blue Rose or an approved lower-tier subcontractor Minimum Experience Required * 10+ years experience in Platform Strategy * 10+ years experience in Transformation Design * 3-5 years experience with VMware Cloud Provider Platform * 3-5 years experience with ServiceNow Platform * 3-5 years experience with Salesforce Platform Preferred Qualifications * Expertise with COBIT or ISO 38500 frameworks * Proficiency in SaaS architecture, cloud computing, and cybersecurity * Relevant certifications for ServiceNow, Salesforce, or VMware * Experience supporting federal or defense intelligence agencies Why Join Blue Rose? * Shape mission-critical enterprise platform strategies * Work alongside highly skilled transformation professionals * Engage in complex, high-visibility IT initiatives for national security * Be part of a collaborative and impact-driven consulting team Apply Today Text EPADVISOR to (202) ###-#### Email: Website: www.bluerose-consulting.com/careers LinkedIn: Blue Rose Consulting Group
