ResponsibilitiesThe Enterprise Operations Associate role is a unique, cross-departmental role designed to train and develop future operational leaders at New York Bariatric Group and in the broader space of healthcare management/business development. This is a full-time, rotational position that offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple departments within NYBG. While in this role, you will learn about our company (and the US healthcare industry in general) from all levels and all angles of a highly successful private surgery practice.
Over the course of approximately 4 months, associates will rotate through key parts of the organization, including:
Following this rotation, the Enterprise Ops Associate will work regularly with the Enterprise Operations Team to accomplish both project-based goals and to provide additional support to any department across the organization that needs it. The ultimate goal of this position is to help you identify your areas of interest within the healthcare industry while helping drive growth and innovation for the practice. This role is a leadership pipeline opportunity that provides the framework for a path toward future management roles in a growing, private equity-backed surgical healthcare organization.

Work Environment, Conditions and Demands:
This role will require you to be on-site 5 days a week for the first 4 months. It will also require travel between the Roslyn Heights, Hewlett, and Farmingdale offices. Once the initial rotations are complete, you will have the opportunity to work remotely 1-2 days a week, responsibilities permitting.
Physical Requirements and Demands:
Regular eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity is required to operate office equipment. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
