The Enterprise Architect (EA) serves as the primary technical driver for closing sales opportunities and supporting existing customer success with their marketing technology programs through value realization. For Adobe's Top 50 customers, the EA engages with customer Technical, Marketing, and C-Suite teams in evaluating current technology and business objectives to deliver future-state marketing architectures, digital engagement roadmaps, and innovative digital experiences.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise digital marketing ecosystems as an Architect, Principal Consultant, or marketing/technical leader.
- Knowledge of the digital marketing journey, including AdTech (CDP/DMPs, DSPs), Marketing Automation, omni-channel personalization, Content Management, CRM, and media reporting.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.), focusing on REST APIs, Cloud Storage, Data management, Security, and Data transfer.
- Strong communication skills capable of telling compelling stories to technical, marketing, and executive audiences.
- Ability to diagnose challenges and produce future-state architecture solutions quickly.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and diagramming tools like Lucid Chart or Visio.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% within the U.S.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, MBA, or equivalent experience.
Skills That Set You Apart
- Current Adobe Certified Expert certifications (AEM, AJO, Analytics, RTCDP, Target, Workfront).
- Experience building ROI-focused business cases for technology transformations.
- Experience with native mobile app development using Flutter or React Native.
- Experience managing a revenue-focused book of business, including sales pipeline management via Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Familiarity with generative AI solutions.
