Now Hiring: Enterprise Architect

Location: Louisville, KY (Hybrid – 1 week/month; Nashville candidates welcome – travel covered!)

Are you a strategic technology leader with deep expertise in backend architecture and system integration? We're looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to own and define scalable, secure, and integrated solutions across enterprise platforms like STEP, FOCUS, Menu Master, and Workshop.

• Define end-to-end architecture blueprints and system flows
• Lead design reviews, data modeling, and enterprise integration patterns
• Evaluate tech stack for performance bottlenecks and deployment risks
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and DevOps on system governance
• Drive documentation of architecture diagrams, NFRs, and resiliency plans
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise/backend architecture & integration
• Proficient in Java/Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and REST API design
• Hands-on with CI/CD tools like Harness and Jenkins
• Experience with POS automation, Workshop CLI, and MDM tools (e.g., STEP)
• Strong knowledge of commerce system and POS integration strategies
• Comfortable using tools like Lucidchart/Visio, Bitbucket, Postman, and Jira
