The Infrastructure Architect will provide guidance to ensure systems are scalable, secure, highly available, operationally sound, and aligned with business and clinical needs. The role requires expert knowledge of technical infrastructure components and involves designing, maintaining, and improving server, network, storage, data protection, and virtualization services. Responsibilities

  • Mentor and lead junior team members.
  • Design and develop infrastructure solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and support business cases.
  • Participate in project teams to optimize system benefits and costs.
  • Create and maintain system design documentation and standards.
  • Lead implementation, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Establish testing criteria for systems and components.
  • Analyze business and system documentation to support system design.
  • Advise project teams on system architecture and design.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for performance and availability issues.
  • Maintain as-built architecture documentation.
  • Optimize system performance and capacity planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
  • Industry-recognized advanced certification (10+ years of experience can substitute).
  • Extensive knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, or applications.
  • Experience with enterprise systems in healthcare, finance, or large organizations.
  • Leadership experience managing cross-functional efforts.
  • Preferred: Healthcare industry knowledge.
  • ITIL certification within 6 months of hire.
  • Effective communication skills in English.

Specialized Skills

  • Expertise in virtualization, database administration, application support, Active Directory, storage, network, security, and related areas.
  • Must hold and maintain active licensure per Oklahoma law.
