The Information Technology Division's(ITD) primary purpose is to plan ,develop, implement, and support the technology systems that meet the operational needs of DST. The ITD Web and Financial Services team is responsible for a portfolio of heterogeneous applications composed of enterprise web and vendor-based cloud systems servicing all divisions.
As an Enterprise Applications Development Manager, this position will be responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of M365 Applications including SharePoint and Power Platform environments to support various functions. This position will lead implementation planning and support to the DST Business divisions in onboarding new projects and maintaining existing systems and applications. This position is responsible for designing technical specifications and custom interfacing solutions for Cloud (Power Platform) environments. Will also manage vendor relationships and on-premises integrations with large-scale cloud applications (Oracle Cloud) and/or systems integration projects for DST's Finance Operations Division.
JobDuties
- Lead the full lifecycle of enterprise applications within the M365 Application Services (SharePoint Online, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages with Dataverse) and Teams, including designing, coding, testing, and deploying solutions.
- Develop and enforce governance policies, procedures, and best practices for secure and compliant use of the DST Power Platform and SharePoint Environments. This also includes establishing a clear environment strategy for creating, managing and monitoring environments.
- Lead and mentor a team of application developers, providing guidance, fostering collaboration, and managing their performance.
- Collaborate with business departments and IT sections to understand enterprise level needs and develop long-term strategies for application management and enhancements in the Microsoft 365 technologies and System integrations.
- Keeping abreast of emerging technologies for enterprise level use and best practices to contribute to technical decision making with innovative initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships and system integration needs for the Financial Operations Division and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
