Our Client, a dynamic company revolutionizing internet service in Kansas City, is seeking a driven Senior Account Executive to expand its sales team. You'll be instrumental in the company's continued success, building relationships, generating leads, and closing deals for the market-leading IP-based solutions. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 2-10 years of outside sales experience in the ISP or telecom industry
• Experience successfully achieving and surpassing sales quotas at a B2B solutions company
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience selling to enterprise-level clients
• Excellent communication skills and strong sales presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Effective relationship builder and partnership developer
• A valid driver's license, safe driving record, and access to dependable personal transportation
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Professional experience at an enterprise-level ISP company
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be the face of the company, engaging directly with potential clients in assigned territories to sell high-speed internet services. This is a unique opportunity to build your own business, develop strong client relationships within your community, and positively impact local connectivity.
• Prospecting and Sales: Generating leads through a diverse range of activities, including in-person visits (85%), direct mail marketing, outbound calling, email campaigns, and engagement within community events.
• Customer Relationship Management: Cultivating strong relationships with existing and potential customers and providing introductory technical support.
• Market Expertise: Maintaining a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape and clearly differentiating the company's offerings.
• Community Involvement: Actively participating in community events to build brand awareness (including evenings and weekends).
• Reporting: Tracking sales activity and generating daily/weekly reports using a CRM system.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in direct sales, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong time management skills, and a genuine commitment to building strong community relationships.
