Enrollment Support Specialist - Staffmark : Job Details

Staffmark is hiring an Enrollment Support Specialist in Columbia, TN. In this role, you'll review and index medical records, enter data into templates, and ensure timely, accurate processing of healthcare enrollment documentation. Pay: $16.00/hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Responsibilities: Open and review medical records received via fax or email Enter and index medical documents into the document management system Match documents to the correct health applications using proper identifiers Transpose and format information into pre-set letter templates Proofread and verify data for accuracy and completeness Create a minimum of 90 letters per day Prioritize workload to meet turnaround times and quality standards Communicate effectively with team members and Enrollment Associates Work overtime as needed Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Healthcare background, medical terminology knowledge, or relevant experience preferred Proficiency in Microso...Support Specialist, Enrollment, Support, Specialist, Healthcare, Staffing, Medical
