Job Type Full-time Description Position Profile Job Title: Director of Enrollment and Marketing Reports to: Head of School Position Summary: The Enrollment Director is a professional administrator who reports directly to the Head of School. The Enrollment Director is responsible for planning and implementing a program to market Boylan Catholic High School to prospective students and their families, to lead the enrollment management efforts of Boylan Catholic by creating a strong awareness among various constituencies that showcase the school as the ideal choice for secondary education, and ultimately, for enrolling new students in numbers sufficient to meet goals approved by the Head of School. Areas of Responsibility: • Under the direction of the Head of School, implement a comprehensive Enrollment Management Plan. • Establish short and long-range goals and objectives based on the school's plans. • Develop a comprehensive recruiting schedule including visits to area elementary schools, high school nights, religious education programs, youth ministry programs, etc. • Give presentations in a variety of settings and groups (large, small, one-on-one, with and without parents, classrooms) and answer questions about the school from students and parents. • Meet with prospective students and families, arrange tours and shadowing programs, and coordinate open houses. • Provide oversight and direct the management of the Prospect and Admissions database. • Participate in the school's scholarship/financial aid team as required. • Work closely with the faculty and staff to ensure understanding of the school's Enrollment Management Program and engage them in the process. • Work collaboratively with the schools' Advancement and Communications staff to promote and market the institution, ensuring cohesive messaging in recruitment, enrollment, and retention of new students. • Develop long-range organizational and promotional/marketing plans (print, electronic, social, and other mediums) for programs and initiatives that support and promote the mission of the institution related to admissions. • Explain admission, tuition assistance, and scholarship procedures/policies. • Participate in local community events and high school fairs. • Oversee the organization and administration of the High School Placement Test. Supervise admissions data entry, coordinate student/parent interviews, and oversee other administrative functions necessary in preparation for the admissions selection process. • Work collaboratively with the International Student Program on student recruitment, evaluation, and placement. • Organize and oversee the Student Ambassador program to promote and provide information to support school students, parents, and community visitors at outreach and recruitment. • Organize and oversee the Parent Ambassadors program aimed at promoting positive relationships between Boylan Catholic and the parish/school communities. • Develop a comprehensive communication plan for inquiries, applicants, and registered students. • Manage and update admissions web content and forms. • Work in collaboration with the communications staff to create admissions materials for recruitment and outreach events with the primary aim of attracting students and their families. • Support and participate in all aspects of the school's strategic planning processes. • Attend all leadership team meetings and retreats. • Serve as delegate of the Head of School to interpret the school's mission, philosophy, and instructional program and attend meetings as required. • Remain current on enrollment-management best practices. • Actively cultivate relationships within the community, including Pastors and DREs, to foster the relationship through ongoing communication. • Regularly monitor constituent satisfaction with the school to raise retention rates. • Annually prepare and manage a budget • Any other duties as assigned by the Head of School. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Commitment to Catholic education and the development of youth. • Experience and comfort with facilitation of committee meetings, preparing presentations, and speaking effectively in a variety of public forums. • Working knowledge of web editing and content management. • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage a variety of tasks and deadlines. • Demonstrated knowledge of event planning, public relations, and marketing principles and practices. • Knowledge of research methodology, interpreting results, and data analysis. • Willingness to work a flexible schedule,e including some evenings and weekends. • Superb writing, editing, and proofreading skills. • Ability to work collaboratively and independently on complex projects. • Ability to establish cooperative working relationships with a diverse group of individuals, ranging from senior management, administration, board members, faculty, staff, volunteers, and the general public. • Ability to effectively work under pressure, be flexible, use independent judgment, and produce quality work within tight time constraints. • Ability to respond to sensitive matters and/or situations with discretion and tact. • Ability to bring energy, creativity, professionalism, and community relations expertise that will make a substantial impact on special events while enhancing the image and positive relationships of the school. • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus. Qualifications:

  • The Enrollment Director should hold a minimum bachelor's degree with three to five years of experience in high school, college, or university admissions and recruitment preferred.
  • The Enrollment Director must understand, embrace, and be able to articulate the mission and vision of Boylan Catholic High School.
  • Annual salary range is 45K- 56K
