Many thousands more community members benefit yearly from its active cultural, educational, health, and economic outreach programs and services.The Enrollment Coordinator at Lehman College will assist with enrollment reports and DOE corrective actions.Reporting to the Senior Registrar, s/he will also assist with configuring the yearly academic calendar inCUNYfirst which includes two terms, two sessions, and one of the sessions has six sections so far.As Coordinator of Enrollment Reports and Academic Calendar, the position is responsible for assisting withenrollment reports for the office and Enrollment Division. S/he will assist with the daily enrollment reportsrequired during the registration period and stand-up meetings. This position will assist the Senior Registrar withthe configuration of the yearly academic and final exam calendars which are posted on our website. TheCoordinator will ensure all calendar dates match the University Registrar dates and coordinate the final examdates. S/he will respond to inquiries from constituents as it pertains to enrollment reports and calendars. Willwork closely with different student service offices to recreate student records that were not rolled over fromlegacy to CUNYfirst. The position will coordinate corrective actions as required by Department of Education filereview. This will include, but is not limited to, running queries, after all grades are submitted, and identifyinginstructors who provided certain grades and requesting the latest academic related activity as well as craftingoffice communications to assist with compliance of corrective actions which are required. The position will workwith the Senior and Deputy Registrar in identifying undeclared students and post service indicators asrequired. S/he will assist in training COAs and supervise Work Study office aides. The Coordinator willleverage our student record system to assist with incoming inquires via the Registrar's Office main email.**QUALIFICATIONS**Bachelor's Degree required.Familiarity with CUNYfirst, Degree Works and FACTS preferred.
