Enrichment Runner - JCC Association : Job Details

Principal Responsibilities: Position Summary: Location: Shalom Orlando Schedule: Monday-Friday 12:00 PM - 5:30 PM (hours may vary slightly based on enrichment schedule) Reports to: Program Director Shalom Orlando is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and child-focused Administrative Assignment/Enrichment Runner to support our enrichment programming. This part-time role ensures the smooth and safe operation of our afternoon enrichment classes by helping transition students, assisting instructors, and providing essential administrative support. Minimum Qualifications: Key Responsibilities:

• Safely escort children to and from enrichment classes, ensuring each student is accounted for during drop-off and pick-up.

• Support children who need additional attention during enrichment sessions, accommodating individual needs with care and discretion.

• Assist enrichment instructors in facilitating their classes as needed, including classroom support and behavior management.

• Print and distribute daily class rosters, hand out walkie-talkies, and ensure all class materials are accounted for and returned after each session.

• Take high-quality, engaging photos of students during enrichment classes and upload them into our Remini system.

• Provide general administrative support related to enrichment programming or any other program related administrative responsibilities, under the direction of the Program Director.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children in a school, camp, or enrichment setting preferred.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
