Engr 3, Mechanical - Lancesoft : Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Covington, GA. This position requires working onsite from Monday to Thursday, with flexible options on Fridays. The work hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break, with some flexibility around these times. Responsibilities

• Design and develop components, mechanisms, systems, and finished products or equipment.
• Lead a small team technically, demonstrating advanced knowledge in Mechanical Engineering.
• Understand and address internal and external customer or business needs.
• Work independently and collaboratively to create designs of multiple components, systems, or devices.
• Conduct testing and solve advanced technical problems using analytical skills.
• Apply advanced statistical techniques and utilize design of experiments.
• Determine work priorities and act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME or MSME).
• At least 8 years of experience in electromechanical, capital equipment designs.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to lead a small team.

• Experience in medical device or regulated industry.
