Whether we are volunteering to lead engineering activities for kids, competing in a ping pong or dart tournament, or participating in a silly sock exchange, there are opportunities to connect.What You Are Empowered To AccomplishPlummer is looking for a driven entry level civil or environmental engineer to support our Water/Reuse team with review and evaluation of water quality data associated with treatment projects. You will be responsible for creating and analyzing hydraulic models, generating calculations, evaluating treatment options, preparing drawings, specifications, and cost estimates. You will also have a chance to develop your communication skills by providing updates and expectations to project stakeholders.Build Lifelong RelationshipsOnce you join the Plummer team, people across the company will do their best to make you feel welcome, supported, encouraged, and celebrated. During your journey at Plummer you will meet some truly wonderful people who will inspire you to do your best. The Engineer in Training will report to the Wastewater Team Leader, who will provide ongoing guidance and mentorship.Our Ideal TeammateOur ideal teammate will have a bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering and will have or be able to obtain an EIT certification within six months of hire. You'll stand out if you have a master's degree or if you have taken prior coursework related to hydraulics and wastewater/water treatment and design.Our ideal teammate will also have a high proficiency with Microsoft office.
