The Opportunity

We are seeking a Civil Engineer / Engineer-in-Training (EIT) to support the planning, design, entitlement, and construction of land development and infrastructure projects. This is an exciting chance to work on impactful projects in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment while advancing your engineering career.

What You'll Do

• Prepare drawings, plans, and specifications for civil projects, including site development, roadways, drainage, and utilities.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to produce detailed drawings, models, and layouts.
• Collect and analyze survey data, zoning information, and utility records for project planning.
• Assist with technical reports, calculations, and regulatory documentation.
• Review and interpret engineering plans for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and agencies to obtain approvals and permits.
• Support client and contractor communication to clarify design requirements.
• Participate in project meetings, design reviews, and occasional site visits.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• EIT certification required; PE license a plus.
• 3+ years of civil engineering experience (land development or infrastructure preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Knowledge of grading, drainage, and utility design fundamentals.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
