Engineering Technician IV - SAIC : Job Details

Description SAIC is looking for a 2M Certified Engineering Technician IV in Crane, IN to support the U.S. Navy.JOB DESCRIPTION

• Perform Miniature/Microminiature Electronics Repair (2M) supporting testing and repair of Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA) and Electronic Modules (EM).
• Performs corrective maintenance on circuit cards and electronic modules by troubleshooting and repairing the faulty cards and modules.
• Test and evaluate AEA and related systems, subsystems, equipment and components
• Conduct routine repair, retrofit, systems integration, calibration and testing; in-line repair and testing; operation of test equipment
• Prepare inputs for test plans
• Review test plans and procedures
• Conduct or monitor system, subsystem, equipment or component testing
• Analyze test results/determine valid recommendations and conclusions based on test data.

Qualifications REQUIREMENTS

• Associate's Degree in related discipline and at least 2 years of related experience; OR High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 4 years of related experience
• Must have Miniature/Microminiature Electronics Repair (2M) certification to be considered
• Must be able obtain a Secret clearance; Interim Secret needed to start
• Must be a U.S. citizen
