Engineering Solutions Director - Coating Services - PPG : Job Details

Ensures all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with the organization's established policies and objectives. Utilizes best practice engineering methods and provides expert technical guidance for engineering initiatives. Develops creative or unique solutions that differentiate our value proposition. Manages overall engineering budget and costs. Develops and incorporates global partnerships for equipment/process design, manufacture, and integration. Responsible to ensure the Cap. EX and Design Review procedures are followed and complied with on all projects. Responsible for administration of cross-functional project team continuing education program in line with industry standards such as PMI. Owns cost targets: identifying and driving the implementation of relevant strategies to maximize product line profitability. Deliver projects on time and in budget.
