Engineering Ops Director - Northeast - CBRE Group : Job Details

As a CBRE Engineering Ops Director, you will lead the team responsible for managing the performance of MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems) and maintaining continuity throughout to provide overall quality control for all properties including over 3 M square feet. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. - - What youll do - - Will have a territory that spans the Northeast from PA to Canada. Lead all aspects of a business unit's financial performance. Seek out new business. This includes the identification of opportunities, engaging in client solicitations, proposal developments, and crafting presentations.
