Associate, Software Engineering with Goldman Sachs Services LLC in New York, NY. (Multiple positions available).

Develop, enhance, support, and maintain the Firm's software solutions to support its global businesses. Design and implement high-quality, scalable technology solutions leveraging internal and open-source services. Assist in requirements gathering, user story refinement, development, testing (unit, integration, regression), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment. Collaborate with internal teams on solution designs. Identify external technologies to innovate and transform financial businesses and platforms. Participate in all SDLC phases to meet internal and regulatory requirements. Design, implement, and maintain robust testing suites for scalable solutions across business lines.

Master's (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, with one (1) year of experience in a software engineering role, OR bachelor's (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in the same fields with two (2) years of experience. Experience must include at least one (1) year (with a Master's) or two (2) years (with a Bachelor's) involving five of the following skills:

• C++ or Java
• Full SDLC including requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support
• Building multi-threaded and multi-process enterprise applications within Unix
• Technologies like Spring, Hibernate, RabbitMQ, Kafka
• Relational databases such as Sybase or Oracle
• Microservices architecture including REST and Spring
• Database query languages like SQL or NoSQL (MongoDB)

Annual base salary: $124,000 - $203,000
