Job Title: Engineering Manager - Manufacturing OperationsLocation: Weatherford, OKSalary Range: $100,000-$130,000 per yearEmployment Type: Full-Time | OnsiteBenefits: Full health benefits, dental, vision, 401(k), and more Overview:We are working with a well-established manufacturing company to fill a key Engineering Manager role at their Weatherford, OK facility. This is a hands-on leadership position focused on process optimization, team development, and driving plant performance in a film coating and extrusion environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 6-8 process engineers in a continuous manufacturing setting
• Drive improvements in product quality, yield, throughput, and cost-efficiency
• Serve as the plant's technical lead for film coating and extrusion processes
• Manage capital projects and recommend upgrades to support business goals
• Conduct root cause analysis using tools such as 8D, Fishbone, and Five Whys
• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards and train personnel on procedures
• Implement Lean Manufacturing practices such as 5S, Kanban, and Value Stream Mapping
• Support process scale-up and development of new applications
• Provide coaching and development to the engineering team
• Minimal travel required (up to 10%)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or related field)
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in film coating, resin extrusion, or continuous process manufacturing
• Working knowledge of coating systems and equipment
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems and PFMEA
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent design software
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
