As Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for: Overseeing, coaching and mentoring a team of 9 engineers including Electrical, Mechanical and Controls Leading new product development initiatives including concept, design and development Planning, executing and delivering new products meeting schedules, costs and performance Providing leadership through innovation, accountability and continuous improvements Establishing best practices, design standards and product validation standards Managing projects Ensuring products meet industry standards and regulations (safety, efficiency, etc.) To be considered for the Engineering Manager position you must have: A BS degree or higher in engineering and at least 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in leadership/management Experience with or knowledge in the HVAC industry New product development expertise Excellent communication and leadership skills Proficiency with engineering design and project management Key skills: Engineering, Leadership, HVAC, New product development
