In this leadership role, you'll first receive extensive training from the current Proposals Director on proposal and company processes. You will then develop and grow a team of 7 engineers and designers, whilst overseeing schedules and driving technical proposals. You'll also collaborate across departments, lead client-facing work, and support global projects. There will be occasional international travel, typically lasting a week at a time, with very rare month long travels.

This role would suit an Engineering Manager from a chemical engineering or steel background, looking to put their own stamp on an industry-leading business, offering further management training and career progression.

The Role:

• Receive extensive training from the current Proposals Director on proposal and company processes
• Develop and grow a team of 7 engineers and designers, whilst overseeing schedules and driving technical proposals
• Lead client-facing work and support global projects
• Occasional international travel – typically lasting one week at a time, 1 month away maximum

The Person:

• Engineering Manager / Engineering Project Manager / Project Engineer with leadership experience
• Chemical engineering or steel background
• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• Looking to shape a market-leading business and receive further management training
