The Autopilot group is leading the company's vision of becoming the WorkOS of the organization by connecting all of the organization's information into one place and empowering them to build their own products and workflows on top of it.

The Autopilot group is in charge of 3 strategic vectors:

1. No-code Automation & integrations - Supercharging each team with the capabilities to automate any workflow and use case, across every tool used in the organization. Our automation & integration products have already saved over 1 billion manual actions and it's growing faster than ever.

2. Low-code Apps framework - The apps framework is a key enabler for monday.com's WorkOS which allows developers to build new solutions and products on top of monday and monetize them. It is the foundation of our Apps Marketplace and one of our core strategic efforts for the company's growth.

3. Strategic tech partnerships - The company is positioned as the market leader and as such, we're building the most advanced integrated solutions with strategic partners such as Google, Amazon, and more, to deliver a meaningful experience and value to our shared customers. This is also one of the company's future growth engines.

The strategic vectors the group is leading have grown exponentially in the past year and are considered the company's most growing area. This poses a double challenge and opportunity - On the one hand, scaling an existing ecosystem and on the other, defining the vision and strategy for its next phase while introducing new and exciting products.

About The Role
  • Manage a group of extremely talented engineers and team leaders. Directly and indirectly lead multi disciplinary teams of engineers, product managers, ux designers, customer success managers and others, that work intimately and organically together as small business units, taking full ownership and accountability over their domains. (a podcast about our builders culture and structure )
  • Build the next generation automation tool by monday breaking boundaries of innovation to meet the scale and experience challenges.
  • Directly impact how developers build apps on monday.com. Affect how they empower our users to build their workflows with monday.com.
  • Develop monday.com's No-code and Low-code platform that enables our users to build automatic workflows and seamless integrations with tens of external services such as Slack, Github, Twillio, and more. We have about 100K new workflows added every day and 1 billion actions we run every month, growing YoY by 100%.
  • Evolve our architecture and engineering to support the ever-growing scale of users, features, and data.
  • Take on the next phases of our hyper-growth, scaling out the group with more product and infrastructure teams, while cultivating an excellent engineering culture.
  • Our tech stack includes Node.js, RoR, React/Redux, Elastic Search, GraphQL, SQS/SNS, and more.
Your Experience & Skills
  • Impact-driven, user, and business-oriented. Passion for building high-end products and cultivating great engineering culture.
  • 5+ years of experience leading development groups or high-complexity engineering teams
  • Ability to scale out teams and groups, nurturing talents, and high-paced hiring.
  • Experienced in complicated software architectures of high concurrency and scale, preferably in web and SaaS environments.
  • Excellent communicator: Ability to convey a message in a structured, purposeful way.
  • Team player, strong communication skills, empathetic, and someone who thrives working in a fast-paced environment
