Job Description: TELECOMMUTE: No- Teleworking not available for this position CLEARANCE TYPE: Secret WORK SHIFT: 3rd Shift (9/80A) TRAVEL: N/A Description • What You'll Get to Do: Setting up, calibrating and operating COTS and custom RF, Digital and Power equipment in support of factory test of production product • Troubleshoot RF, Digital and Power issues during test of advanced antenna systems. • Support technicians with troubleshooting and training • Analyze test data and identify early trends • Support program meetings in developing root cause and corrective actions • Collaborate with design engineering for hardware and test improvements • Sensitivity to cost, schedule, and quality as well as *** policies and procedures is imperative • • Monitor product yields and aggressively work to maintain program yield targets • Support program meetings in developing root cause and corrective actions • Interface with manufacturing management, test technicians, production engineers, design engineers, system engineers, program management and program support teams What we can offer you: *** provides a comprehensive benefits package and a work environment that encourages your growth and supports the mutual success of our people and our company. *** benefits give you the flexibility and control to choose the benefits that make the most sense for you and your family. The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of RF theory and concepts; and a working knowledge of digital circuit design. They will have analytical skills to review requirements, test plans, and test scenarios; and the ability to effectively communicate across teams. They should be self-directed, organized, team oriented and have previous experience with MS Office tools. This position may be filled as either an RF Test and Development Engineer or a Principal RF Test and Development Engineer. Basic Qualifications for an RF Test and Development Engineer: • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field plus 2 years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field plus 0 years of experience. • Ability to read and interpret specifications, schematics and block diagrams • Experience with RF hardware and software • Experience with RF test equipment, such as scopes, power meter, spectrum analyzer, signal generator • U.S. citizenship • The ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret level clearance Basic Qualifications for a Principal RF Test and Development Engineer: • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field plus 5 years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field plus 3 years of relevant experience. • Ability to read and interpret specifications, schematics, and block diagrams • Experience with RF hardware and software • Experience with RF test equipment, such as scopes, power meter, spectrum analyzer, signal generator • U.S. citizenship • The ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret level clearance Preferred Qualifications for both levels: • Advanced degree in Engineering or related STEM discipline • Ability to work with minimal direction and guidance • Experience with LabWindows CVI, C / C++ programming • Proficiency with digital, analog, power supplies, RF test equipment, RF theory and high speed digital. • Hands-on troubleshooting of electrical hardware Thank You, Ibad Ahmed Associate Recruiter Direct: 973-###-#### Email: 360 Mt.
