Engineer Tech III - Abbtech Professional Resources : Job Details

- The role will serve in support of the data collection team. The primary tasks will involve lifting of luggage and test articles up to 40 lbs, to scan on our equipment. The individual will be trained on basic operation of the equipment, to support these efforts. Use of internal tools to facilitate copy of data from the equipment and data engineering may also be in scope. Familiartiy working within a linux based OS is preferred, but not requried. Position requires hands on time collecting data on aviation security x-ray and mm-wave equipment This job family is responsible for providing support to engineers on technical projects and/or products. Collects, maintains, organizes, compiles, and manipulates technical data. May create, build, assemble, modify and/or repair prototypes. Prepares engineering documentation, reports, drawings (sketches/flow charts/diagrams/schematics, etc.). Performs mathematical calculations per engineering specifications.
