Quality Engineering – Android | Manual Testing | Charles Proxy | JIRAMust Have Technical/Functional Skills

• 6–8 years of experience in manual testing and quality assurance.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Android testing using ADB
• Android RRO (Runtime Resource Overlay)
• Charles Proxy for network validation
• JIRA for test and defect tracking
• Proven ability to design and execute manual test cases from functional and technical requirements.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and QA best practices.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of Android applications and system components.
• Use ADB (Android Debug Bridge) commands for testing, debugging, and log collection.
• Validate UI and system behavior in Android RRO (Runtime Resource Overlay) environments.
• Utilize Charles Proxy to capture and analyze network traffic for debugging and validation.
• Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases based on requirements and technical specifications.
• Report, track, and manage defects using JIRA, ensuring clear documentation and timely resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to ensure high-quality releases.
• Participate in regular test planning, status reporting, and reviews.
• Maintain detailed test documentation, test results, and traceability matrices.
