Responsible for optimizing the process control of the calciners, dryer, coal system, and associated operating equipment in the Mill Area While making sure that neither safety nor the environment is compromised, the incumbent ensures that the products manufactured in the Mill calciner Area are within required chemical specifications for in-plant consumption and are produced at the lowest possible cost Maintenance problems, which inhibit the efficient operation of the Mill Calcining & Drying equipment, are addressed either through modifications and the work order system, or by requesting capital funds for improvements Responsible for training that must be conducted to communicate changes in operating parameters as well as dealing with newly installed equipment Ensuring production tonnage meets or exceeds plan Maintaining the required quality specifications of both the dried rock and calcined rock Keeping costs low by improving the reliability of the operating equipment and optimizing the...Production, Engineer, Processing, Monitoring, Operations, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Equipment
