Our differences are what fuel our creativity.What will you do?The Pavement Engineer is responsible for the design, analysis, assessment, and maintenance planning of road pavement systems to ensure safe, durable, and cost-effective infrastructure. The role supports the delivery of pavement solutions by applying technical expertise in materials and construction methods, contributing and assisting on project delivery in SAVI and wide ANZ pavements team.* Conduct pavement condition assessments, failure investigations, and life-cycle analyses.* Develop pavement designs in accordance with relevant standards and client specifications.* Perform materials selection, thickness design, and structural modelling for both flexible and rigid pavements.* Interpret geotechnical and traffic data to inform pavement performance evaluations.* Prepare technical reports and drawings.We know today's complex challenges can only be solved through bringing together diverse teams of people from across our business, so there will be opportunities for you to apply your skills and creativity to projects in other geographies and markets.What can you bring to the team?Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future.
