Engineer Manager - General Atomics : Job Details

Conduct weekly meetings to review team project task assignments, assess task progress and allocate resources to new projects as needed with the goal of maintaining 100% utilization of team resources. Participate and provide skills in engineering processes including requirements analysis, design and test planning for guidance electronics, telemetry and data recorder technologies created and utilized in the High G group. Support Project Manager (PM) with project tracking and status for projectile, missile or other design engineering tasks, and identify risk areas and potential mitigations. Support proposal teams with engineering design development WBS, task schedule and cost estimates to capture new work opportunities. Provides technical meeting documentation make presentations as required. Support development, review, and editing of technical documents as required.
