Engineer - Entergy Corporation : Job Details

Responsible for development and management of Entergys FERC Dam Safety Program, Emergency Action Plan, and Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) compliance programs; on-going performance trending and analyses; assess performance; and identify and implement/recommend appropriate changes and improvements. Establishes a collaborative working relationship with Federal, State, Corporate, Consultants, and Contractors personnel. Identifies and analyzes problems; distinguishes between relevant and irrelevant information to make logical decisions and develop solutions. Communicates effectively with all levels and types of organizations and audiences and uses partnerships to achieve collaborative solutions and resolve complex problems. Uses project management, conflict management, mediation, team building, and negotiation tools to achieve results in a collaborative spirit.
