Responsible for troubleshooting and issue resolution in Samsung 4 G and 5 G products to ensure all issues during new site deployment or site swap are addressed in pre-defined SLAs. Responsible for troubleshooting and issue resolution in Samsung 4 G and 5 G products to ensure all customer tickets are addressed in pre-defined SLAs. Responsible for end-to-end performance assurance to ensure companys 4 G and 5 G products (DU, RU, CU, and AU) are fully compliant with customers network design.
